OVERVIEW

“My Happy Place”. This is a small business, arts and crafts studio located in Meridian, MS. “My Happy Place” offers ceramics, paintings on wood or canvas, mosaics, and much more. They also offer arts and craft classes to many age groups.

OBJECTIVES

TANGIBLE GOAL #1
Show prospective customers how My Happy Place can offer a welcoming and relaxing place for individuals of all ages to come and take a break by enjoying creating art.

TANGIBLE GOAL #2
Showcase faces at My Happy Place that represent diversity and age through all aspects of the company and it’s services.

TANGIBLE GOAL #3
Providing images that is meaningful to grab the target audience’s attention while scrolling through social media or the website.

TARGET AUDIENCE
My Happy Place target audience are families or groups in the surrounding Meridian area. Groups can be affiliated with a church, club, class, etc…. This represents any race, age, and gender as My Happy Place provides activities and classes for everyone. The target audience also includes individuals who are traveling through Meridian and are looking for activities while in town.

COMPETITION
My Happy Place is unique as customers can browse and choose a project of their choice, but there are other arts and craft studios in Meridian: The Mississippi Arts and Entertainment Experience as well as the Meridian Museum of Art periodically offer art classes.

MESSAGE
My Happy Place was designed to be a place that allowed families and groups to connect and have fun while creating art. There are hundreds of different projects: ceramics, painting on wood or canvas, creating mosaics, and so much more.  The message of My Happy Place is to be a welcoming, stress free place for any individual or group.

TONE
The tone of the message these images represent will be fun and calming; this will encourage the target audience to participate. 

VISUALS
The images will showcase staff, as well as customers participating in classes or DIY projects. Images will help visualize how groups participate. Different art pieces will showcase what is offered in the studio. Images will also provide proof of a diverse atmosphere that represents race, age, and gender. The images will highlight a fun, safe, and relaxing arts and craft studio.

THE FINAL PRODUCTS
